Hi Mara, My mother is a client of your agency. I spoke with one of your coordinators yesterday, she asked me to send an e-mail to you. I had to tell you what a special care giver Nadia is .... Nadia visits my mother four days weekly she is so caring and thoughtful, she makes sure my mother has everything she needs before she leaves, she looks out for her safety, and if there is any changes in my mother’s behaviour she lets me know.  She is a lovely lady; my mother loves her. I wanted you to know how special she is.  You know it was difficult for my mother to accept help from strangers, she would never let anyone give her a bath.  Now she is allowing Nadia to give her care and they are talking and laughing like old friends.  It is wonderful to see my mom so happy.  I just had to say thank you.  My mind is so at ease now.  I don’t have to worry; I couldn’t ask for a better caregiver.  I am so fortunate to have Nadia.  From the very first day Nadia was so polite and gentle with mom. Although mom refused the bath, Nadia just kept right on holding conversation with mom to put her at ease, she told mom she did not have to do anything she did not want to do, she told mom that it was ok and she understand why she did not want to accept help from anyone,  She asked mom if she could make her a cup of coffee, mom accepted the coffee and told her to sit down. On the next visit mom accepted the care, from that day, mom was very comfortable with her, mom let her perform her duties.  She is not only professional, but she is extremely caring and kind. She truly goes out of her way to help mom and make sure she is comfortable. I've had a few PSWs’ from another company, mom never let them give her, her care.  When they arrive, they are always in a rush to leave.  Through out my life I have had some PSWs’ and I ask not to send them back not very good, now with your company, I consider myself grateful to have Nadia. I feel safe when she's here and she always has a way of making mom smile, even when she’s having a bad day. Her face light’s up when she sees Nadia. Your company is so fortunate to have good people like  Nadia working there. I just wanted to tell know how special Nadia is, she's always smiling. Thank you for sending her to my mom and for pointing me in the right direction every time I have a question

Dear Mary-Jean I am writing you to thank your agency for assisting me with recuperation from a double knee replacement surgery. I thank Terry for taking my calls and I thank you for sending ...Annette my Nurse. Annette is so professional and cordial, the perfect person to have representing your company. I want you to know how good and professional your nurses are. Terry is so professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I can't say enough. I first I had the pleasure of meeting Terry, your RPN. She was so prompt coming to my home after my discharge from the hospital. I have thanked her by sending a card to your agency. Terry is so patient; she took her time explaining everything and just relaxed my anxiety right away. Her professionalism was extraordinary, a perfect person to meet with. Her empathy at taking my staples out was so appreciated and her skill amazing. The second visit was with one of your physical therapist Annett.  Annette was amazing, she is so dedicated and enthusiastic about her field, she is contagious. Her ability to gently push you to doing the exercises, even though it is painful is a gift. An amazing person with a definite purpose, thank God for her...her passion is an exceptional gift. Please relay my everlasting thanks and love to her, she will also receive a card from me. I certainly hope you realize how blessed you are to have the "cream of the crop" at your agency.  Thank you for sending angels to me to get me back on my feet. "The agency Source Momentum truly invests a great deal of effort in attracting the best staff in the field..." My Mother has been a client of Source Momentum for 6 months now, h ...aving no previous experience with 24/7 health care services or the whole PSW support system. To say the least, researching and setting up the services my mother needed was quite stressful for me but once I connected with Source Momentum a tremendous sense of support and confidence ensued for me and my mother. All the Source Momentum staff with whom I have had contact during this time, especially Almeida and  Michelle they are so responsive, professional and helpful with every aspect of my mom's case, that one can only conclude the agency truly invests a great deal of effort in attracting the best staff in the field. Above and beyond this thought, we have been truly blessed to have had Michelle, the PSW assigned as my mom's primary caregiver from the very beginning, Michelle demonstrates the excellent capacity to maintain a necessary level of professionalism while providing compassionate care for my Mom and efficient oversight of the management of the house. I live 3 hours and 45 minutes away from where my mom lives and I am alone in supporting her during this time of her life; knowing Michelle and Almeida is caring for her and that Source Momentum is there for us, has lifted much of the uncertainty and feelings of vulnerability that were so pervasive initially. Hi Bill, "I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and all the staff at Source Momentum for the care, support, service connection, and help you have given my mother over the ...past three years. It is very comforting to me to know that your staff always have her best interests at heart. The two Personal Support Workers you send her Marcia and Linda; They are excellent mom love them so much, every word out of her mouth has Linda or Marcia in it.  I never worry I know its either Marcia or Linda I know the time they are there and when they leave, and when there is "a change" the office let me know. Most recently Marcia and Linda Marcia must be two of the most caring PSW I have ever met.  They are taking such great care of my mother. My mother looks forward to her their regular visits. "I can't thank your Agency enough for her help!" I wanted to drop a quick note to commend on your services. Several weeks ago, my mother fell ill and was rushed to the hospi ...tal. During her stay there, I was told that there was a likelihood that my mother would require at home care on a regular basis. I was referred to Source Momentum and sent an email through your website for assistance. On the SAME day, I received a phone call from Julia inquiring about my situation. I explained to her what was going on and within a few minutes, Julia provided an arsenal of information and guidance on next steps to take in the care of my mother. Julia was kind enough to meet with me for an assessment so we could meet face to face to discuss my mother’s care and have her input as well. Over the next few days, any time I ran into a problem (whether it be with the hospital or social worker), I called Julia. She became my resource for everything (questions to ask the hospital, outside social workers, hospice care, etc.) In fact, Julia was so kind...she would call ME to check in to see how things were going with my mother. Given my situation, it made me feel wonderful to know that a person whom I never knew before really CARED. Source Momentum should be proud to have coordinators such as Julia. I can't thank her enough for all the help!!
